Yes but Whimsicott has the benefit if being a great support because of prankster making him always move with priority. Very strong eg. If the opponent uses a status move infront of you. You can just encore and force it to reuse that move for 3 turns and essentially be useless and forced to switch out.
Also guarantees you get Tailwind up before anyone else moves(except Talonflame and fake out users)
