Leg day is brutal. Dumbell Bulgarian split squats and barbell squat lunges kill me. I love bench presses of all kinds. Standard bench press and incline bench press are my favorites

So I have an app that personalize all kf my exercises based on the equipment I have. So lots of body weight exercises and full utilization of weights. I even got one of those ab roller things. (you think they're a gimmick but when used correctly they are amazing for your core)

Now I can comfortablly elbow plank for a full minute before it starts to get tough

But when you do like elbow/forearm plank, pushup, touch shoulder, touch shoulder, pushup, plank for 60 it's wild

I started getting into weight lifting after physical therapy and noticing how much it did for me to stretch and stuff. Sciatica is hard to manage. But now that I do intense leg stuff my nerves and joints are doing great

Tidy Up is neat in that it also raises speed and attack by one stage, but it's hard to try and set up with something as frail as Maushold. Hazards aren't really a thing.

So I need help ev training, I wanted to ev train before I level the mons and I tried using showdown to plug in the stats and match them but they aren't matching up in game so I don't know how to keep track of the evs because some stats say decent or very good and the table for that is a range of numbers

• Are your IVs properly correct? Because the terms you’re referring to are regarding the IVs
• Are you comparing at the same
  level? It’s best to compare EVs at leve 50 or level 100 since we know exactly how many EVs are = to one stat point
• Are you aware of how many EVs are given per Vitamin/Mochi/Feather?
• You need to judge EVs using the summary screen
