- With Pelipper, this improves your overall coverage especially into something like Amoonguss or opposing Rillaboom.
- Your EVs are being wasted since they do not obey 4+8x
- You're aware Heat Wave has it's BP cut in half if it's used in Rain?

You don't have as significant board flexibility.
