2. Raging bolt should be bulky, not fast, if i were you i would hit the benchmark of outspeeding Calyrex Shadow Rider in tailwind, which is 112 so sort the evs for bolt to be this fast if you still want a fast bolt
3. There is no need for rain dance on tornadus as it only benefits Ogerpon Wellspring and it doesn't need more damage output
4. Triple electric STAB on Raging Bolt is not good, Thunderbolt and Thunderclap are all you need and Volt Switch isn't that good on it

5. Timid on Calyrex Shadow and Chi-Yu is best here as you don't need extra damage output and need more speed, Ogerpon wellspring should have jolly
