Shorter games, higher powered format, games go harder and faster. The sets here are pretty inefficient with Whimsicott + Heat Rock. You don't expect to play 8 turns of Sun particulalry with a frailer team like this.

Ogerpon HEarthflame works with just going max atk max spe

Whimsicott should just be Covert Cloak since Sash is taken.

Lilligant needs Sleep Powder; it's never going to set up with Swords Dance

Realistically the only other Grass type you can slot on here is Brute Bonnet and with one of the main metagame threats being Calyrex-Ice, I don't recommend self-imposing a challenge like that when it's guaranteed to be almost a skewed matchup

Balance teams also depend on natural typing advantages to be able to flow their board state to advantageous positions

You're probably going to have to make a capsule FWG + 1 core with a swappable grass type according to the MU

Example being Incineroar/Urshifu-RS/Restricted slot + Grass-type of choice according to the MU

With Wellspring/Hearthflame being able to fit in somehwere somehow.

Basically main strat for this team is terapagos sets up with calm mind and comfey helps heal it so it constantly gets tera shell back and to also set up trick room to help deal with faster threats. This is not supposed to be a fully dedicated trick room team tho
