By nature, pvp alone doesnt make something competitive. Because if games are lopsided, skewed or missing aspects of skill you're not playing an actual competitive game. Bo1 closed sheet is more about gimmicks and gotchas than game sense.

• If you want a prankster setter Tornadus is your best option here. The EVs on Murkrow feel nonsensical since it's bulk and offensive pressure is poor. Most of the time Tailwind mons focus on utility sets. I understand the logic of Ability Shield but if you wanted to use Murkrow you'd prefer Sash or Eviolite.

• Garchomp doesn't want EQ as it's only Ground STAB since Rillaboom is essentially everywhere. Outrage is also not a preferred STAB since you don't want to lock into that move with a non-Choice item. Life Orb is fine, but there might be better mileage with Clear Amulet.

• Blissey is just bad. Alternative Healer options are Sinistcha/Cresselia or Pollen Puff Amoonguss.

• Amoonguss here as previously mentioned wants Pollen Puff. It also wants Regenerator, without offensive investment. You also mixed two categories of attacks (Sludge Bomb is Special but Seed Bomb is Physical) and Amoonguss is not a mixed attacker. Investing in 4 stats (HP/ATK/DEF/SPE) Here also wastes EVs and you'd majorly want to only invest in HP/DEF/SPDEF.

• Chandelure set also is missing EVs, Fire STAB and again, it's not a mixed attacker but a SpAtker, so get rid of Poltergeist for Heat Wave or Flamethrower. It is also missing it's nature, so either there is an import error or this seems typed out.
