i dont see why you have problems in TR since torkoal can sweep in TR.

torkoal will outspeed anyone under trickroom itself. position it right and eruption can win you the game.
lilligant itself benefits from clorophyll and sun. so you have fast option and slow

other mon that can help the team by setting trick room up and help it, is the common psyspams

last 2 mon that you can use is either coverage mon like urshifu (so you can have options to run endure weakness policy weak armour armarouge. getting +4 speed +2 sp atk in one turn, and not needing tR to play) or just go the common mon. like fluttermane which can get benefits from sun

you can run like imprison in fluttermane as been said before but i dont see much point in it. what you can do is having the move trick room itself, moon blast, shadowball, and protect.

with the item focus sash flutter will live a single hit to set trick room if needed, or even hit twice or once hard enough with the sun to boost (sp atk boost or speed boost is fine)

some mon that benefits from cress like ursaluna is because ursaluna can do well in TR and hits hard. can even do earthquake and levitate helps cress. speed position well and ursaluna can hit first, then heal. and gain the flame orb again by the end of turn

cress is bulky, but doesnt provide as much support as indeedee does with psychic terrain, follow me, and helping hand

For some, for many actually, getting MB for the first time is an accomplishment, and all victories large and small should be celebrated as a path of progress.

Also kids are able to learn and retain things a lot better than adults.

I’m not a fan of Iron Hands or Fluttermane… I know they’re super popular in the Meta right now but my favorite Pokemon is Dragonite and I would really like to run it with a Baxcalibur. I have also really taken to Iron Moth because it’s poison typing can resist Iron Hands and Tera Grass can resist Urshifu Rapid

Here’s what I see:

• Offensive Gyarados is kinda weak right now. Hisuian-Arcanine does the role of offensive intimidator much better since it can one shot Tornadus, threatens Indeedee/Armarouge, resists Flutter, etc.

• You really want protect on Baxcalibur. This means dropping Ice Shard or High Horsepower, you could drop Glaive Rush as well if you really want to hit Heatran. Also I recommend running some bulk on the EV spread to take hits. You can find common EV spreads on Pikalytics

• I love Mimikyu, but it is just not very good right now. You faint immediately to Urshifu-R, you don’t deal a ton of damage, and it’s just weaker than other options. I think if you’re dead set on using it, either run a defensive rocky helmet set or run Life Orb with Shadow Sneak/Shadow Claw/Play Rough/Protect

• Iron Moth is a cool pick. I see the value it can have into some meta options for sure. I have personally never used it so I can’t offer much advice, but you definitely want protect.

• Dragonite wants bulk on its EV spread for Assault Vest. The moves you have selected are good though

• Wo-Chien actually harms most of your team since they’re physical attackers. I personally recommend completely scrapping it and adding something like Amoonguss as a defensive backbone

So far I think Iron Hands is too slow in this overall team and Idk what to honestly do for Chi-Yu and Land-T's EV spread 💀 so I just maxed their speed and offensive stat

Hands is there to be a bulky backbone of the team, it’s speed isn’t really a factor

fake out for board control, high HP pool to take hits, etc.

synergizes well with Landorus too since Lando can switch into Ground hits
