Dondozo and Tatsugiri is not something you want on a TR team, and Tatsu kinda mid by itself
Also Steel Tatsu is better and Dozo wants Grass imo.

Cresselia- ain't bad although I'd give it water tera and try swapping out Psychic for other moves such as Helping Hand or Icy Wind
Ursaluna- Ghost tera best. Also Ice Punch is not really necessary and Earthquake is bad with how much Rilla is running around. I'd go Facade/Headlong Rush/Protect/ and like Swords Dance or Rock Slide
