Upsilon and omega arent based on the latest version of epsilon, they use an older one (i think its e15.5)

no because there is not enough memory (and the n0100 cannot be locked so no need to unlock it)

And you don't need to unlock a calculator to install a userland because it installes over Epsilon and disappears after a reset
