#Black screen red light

My calculator has a black screen and a red light, Ive tried everything but it never comes up as connected on my computer, which is a mac so it is not a driver issues. Please help

Contact numworks support to ask for a replacement calculator.
Don't give any details, just tell them you have a black screen and red led and give your serial number (it's on the calculator's box)

I don't think it should, but if it's not under warranty you won't get a replacement one
