#Theme Engine Bootup Issue

You may want to provide better informations on how did you compile and how do you know it didn't work...
I connected the calculator through a cable. I had already installed phi.
I used the MacOS terminal, through which I ran:
git clone --recursive https://github.com/Omega-Numworks/Omega.git cd Omega git checkout omega-master make clean make OMEGA_USERNAME="{my name}" -j4 make THEME_NAME=epsilon_light -j4 make epsilon_flash
Up until "make clean" everything ran correctly, but then I started getting errors for the next few lines
you must combine both above commands in:
make OMEGA_USERNAME="yourname" THEME_NAME=epsilon_light -j4
only this line compiles everything and so all the flags must be passed at the building
in your case you build it 2 times
please also show the errors
I tried using the line that you suggested, though I still got the same error
Ah that means that you must install libpng
Did you correctly installed numworks toolchain ?
@raven edge
Hold on, I think I may have encountered yet another issue, so I'll need to fix that first before I get back to this
Which is ?
I essentially tried to restore the entire system to reinstall both Phy and Omega, but I ended up not being able to downgrade to 18.2.0 through WebDFU. The flashing seems to be successful, but when I press the reset button it remains in recovery mode.
Did you only flash the external.bin for 18.2.0 ?
Do I need to flash both?
Only external.bin of the 18.2.0 version
Which was the version of epsilon before ? If it was under e15 or e15, yeah i think you must flash both
It was 19+
Oh
Sorry
There's no actual way to install phi or e18 or omega than the one with raspberry pi

Wait, no, I installed phi before
I just restored it to original settings through numworks and now it doesn't work anymore
Phi doesn't work on e19
