With the foods we eat today most of us already hit the protein cap of our bodies. I would focus more on exercising.

Protein needed is generally 0.8-1.2g per pound of bodyweight. This can be done ptetty easily with protein focused meals/snacks and a shake.
Youre young so you dont need to focus on weightloss much, your body is already super efficient and you will gain muscle fast with newbie gains.
Just focus on being consistent and putting genuine effort into your sets.
You could look into recomp diets/lifting but you'll be fine regardless honestly
