Hey guys I have been dealing with gender dysphoria for a good while now its efecting I guess my mental health. I need help with ways on how to deal with it.

My grandma and grandad does not seem to like lgbtq+ neither does really much of their other family I dont even think other people ik irl even like it much either.

Plus I dont really wanna do something to myself that will cost a lot of money or I might regret later on thats why I have done zero sugery and no types of hrt. All I been doing is growing the hair on my arms and legs and trying to hide my chest with a tanktop and dress in clothes that I have that look boyish and trying to make room to get more boyish clothes and accessories and shoes later on sometime this year.
