Nothing else matters
Track your calories. Go for a walk, go for a run, do some sports you like, go to the gym, avoid junk food and snacking. I know it's easier said than done, but if you're serious about losing weight, you should consider getting physical.
Drink a loooot of water
Thats something I struggle with ๐ญ ๐
I'm going to necro a bit and second Nyx's advice.
If you're unhappy with your weight it'll be one or both of the following
Finding physical activity that you enjoy adding it to your life. Sports, cycling, gym, running, walking. The challenge isn't really in the activity itself but finding things you like and are convenient and so on so it's actually a pleasure to do them rather than a chore.
Then basically the same thing for diet. Finding ways to eat healthier that work for you. Finding ways to cut down on excessive indulgent foods that work for you. It's a whole thing but you'll find what works.
Just deciding to start hitting the gym and counting calories does work for a lot of people but it never lasted for me.
I know people rely on motivation but that isn't always reliable. Building self discipline will help in the long run. It takes time ofc and "relapsing" is normal, but the important part is that you don't give up.
