i got collage tmrw at 7 am
its 3 am now and i cant sleep
i wanna walk outside at 3 am
so what should i do
and i dont wanna go to collage
but if i do not my parrents will take the wifi ;-;
i got bus at 7 30 ;-;
and i am watching some thing intresting after a long time

Stress and anxiety increases heart rate
But also reduces sleep.
So its kinda reverse , you lower the heart rate which eventually lowers stress and anxiety , calms nervous system and start feeling sleepy
