I want to help people want to help themselves. I know I can't force anyone to change and people are habitual creatures but it'd be nice to be able to get people to help themselves. Any constructive advice would be appreciated❤️

The best thing you can do is try to make them aware of what they are doing is wrong , bad etc .

And wdym help themselves do you have any examples

First thing I can think of is the I'm helpless mindset

While things may be difficult not every situation makes it so where it's worth giving up on yourself. It's not something simple as choice and usually there are many complicated factors

Trust me if people didn’t want to help themselves you wouldn’t even know they need help
