It really depends on your fitness level like how long you've been going to the gym and how many days are you available in a week
Routines tend to depend on what is available to you to use and what feels good to hit. If you know someone who goes to the gym you can ask to tag along, not to make a routine but to learn the basics. Theres 100s of cookie cutter full body ones online full of splits for certain goals. If you don't know anyone try a training session (lots of gyms include a few sessions in purchasing a membership or other offers without needing to).
Aside from that, pull a basic one from online and spend a day or two at a gym just testing out machines and simple lifts to see what feels good to you and what you like. No matter what routine you start off with, youll end up changing it to suit you anyways.
Also the word "toned" gets misused a lot online when talking about lifting. There is no difference in working out to get toned or huge, it is all hypertrophy. You do the same types of progressive overload on your lifts until you get to where you want to be, then you can just work out to maintain. This only doesn't apply if you are focused on strength and hitting big numbers with compound lifts like deadlift/squat/bench, which it doesn't sound like you are going for anyways
First of all you just gotta start doing it . Second you should watch fitness creators advice
Just get started with some commonly known workouts first, and look into youtube for any assistance/advice
Make sure to eat well, sleep, and rest plenty - your muscles need recovery too :D
