I don’t know much about it, I believe exercise alone isn’t enough. You will have to check up with a doctor, as a saggy chest is complicated and will need some more treatment.

hey! im sort of in the same boat as my breasts are on the larger side. if you exercise, specifically the chest i believe, your pectoral muscles will tighten up, making your breasts sit higher. working out in general can reduce breast size as well. i know my friend was around my size and shrunk a lot. then again we aren't 35 so it might be a little different? but im pretty sure there arent many differences
this is not entirely wrong
the rabbit hole of tighting breasts and specifically age related sag is really deep.
but something like excercise is not a sure way solution, depending on the sag, ones current bodyweight, weightloss, hormones, etc the advice can vary allot
