To manage my anger I start controlling and focusing on my breath, box breathing does wonders. Drinking water also helps, if your anger is harder to manage you could try canalizing that energy on something you have control over and isn’t dangerous, like a soft ball! You could squish it as hard as you can to help yourself feel a bit calmer.
I also believe that this gif could be of help, save it for whenever you need it. I know it says “anxiety”, but it could be of use to your situation as well.
