I broke up with a partner who I got very attached to. Now doing everything feels different and off like something is missing.
It hurts alot too, it’s more of a cheating case.
I loved one side, the other side didn’t. One sided relationship which was 4 months, and we did many things together. I still don’t understand why she cared when she didn’t love. Need motivation to move on, thanks

I’m sorry you had gone through that, one sided relationships are really rough and you definitely deserve better.

I have to let you know though, there is no deadline or limit to when you should move on. Every person is different and unique in this aspect. It will take some time to move on and fully heal, once you are aware of that you can start working on other stuff to try and accelerate that process.

Try new things, explore life, don’t be afraid to make those steps and build in new habits. Every little action towards improvement pile up and you start feeling better about yourself.

Anything you like doing, anything that can relax you and make you feel at peace. Wether it be inner house activities like drawing or writing, or something more external like going out for a walk and living in the moment. New experiences and improvisation are a key aspect of life.

I wish you the best of luck my friend, take all of the time and space that you need. Remember that it is okay to feel down every now and then. 🙏 💜
