My tips would be finding anything that can help you weight lift. Anything that demands some tension onto your muscles, that way they can start adapting and getting stronger. Giving your body enough rest for your muscles to recover and consuming a good amount of protein are two very essential factors to optimize muscle growth. They will get stronger if you keep the consistency.

I almost aced the online test and have no drugs or major illnesses I think it's going to work

I passed the physical test, blood results still incoming. Apparently way too much protein in my urine - possible kidney problems gotta check that out.

I failed to the psychological test because I never got my blood taken and was very distracted by being taped up.
There was a test where I had to stare at a screen for 30 minutes and press a button whenever a black square appeared. Only made it to 7% percentile. 16% was required. All other fields were good. So I could try again and most likely pass
