Simple things that can make her share more of her personal life, maybe a hobby or skill that she’s interested in learning, or a way she likes to spend her time. Favorite music and why, ask more about her hobbies if she decides to elaborate. Keep it simple, add something about yourself after she is done talking and if she is invested enough it will be natural and you’ll improvise.
Have in mind though, if she ain’t much of a talker and can’t hold long conversations don’t take it too personally, some people are just like that.

Not even we snap every day and it goes from instant replies to going over a day without one so idek
Like when we meet in the nightclub we’re just together the entire night but then there’s nothing after that

Well that’s complicated, to be completely frank with you, it doesn’t really sound like the girl is interested in being in a relationship. Really sorry to say this, but it is a very probable case, you can still try your luck, but if you still don’t make any progress despite all of your efforts, then it just won’t work. Trust me, I’ve been through this, if the other person ain’t in the mood and doesn’t show any effort, then why do the heavy lifting? It isn’t your fault, have that in mind, I’m sure you’ll eventually find what you’re looking for my guy.
