It's going to be hard but you're going to have to put yourself out there again by going to social events and gatherings like joining local clubs or organizations that make yuo feel fufilled and allows for you to build connections to others. Social health should definitely not be neglected and you realizing that is already a huge jump in the right direction.

Hello. I’m sorry that it feels like that’s the only option you have right now, but I truly believe you have more choices than talking to someone who just wants to take advantage of you. You don’t deserve to be reduced to your body or treated like that by anyone.
