for this year I have been let's say.. stress relieving and I've tried everything in my power to stop it. But whatever try I keep coming back to it. Please give me any tips to quit. I am 13-14 years old.

I agree with first part but discipline and willpower sounds like forcing yourself to not do it (be disciplined and keep your plan! - stuff like that). To not succumb for doing "sin deeds" actually let yourself succumb to them and realise that you can do it if you want and you can not do it - it's having free will and being selfconsciouss of what you can do and that you can choose is what is helpfull. Also my advice is to see your situation as - there is nothing to overcome - there is nothing to help with.

I saw some anime where man drank alcohol and during it he started venting to his friend and during his last sentences he said - huh so alcohol makes me more sentimental.

His friend got surprised by it - how much selfcontrol can has person to even selfreflect during being fallen. So let yourself fall and then realise what happens with you during being fallen.

Also - don't see selfcontrol and selfreflection as a skill. To not see it as a skill you can start with not seeing making friends and communicating as skills and also... empathy.

Empathy isn't skill - there shouldn't even be word for it - empathy isn't supposed to be forced or planned or need advices for it - empathy is just flowing through experiences and feeling suffering of others by accident. If you don't control feeling - it's pure and true.
