I'm 15, I have problems with lust since I was 12-13, and I never really cared about it.
But now I have a girlfriend, I feel really really bad whenever I do it, I love her but I can't stop watching indecent videos, the most time I got was 2 weeks without anything.
I just need to know how do I stop doing that, I can't take it anymore, it feels like cheating.
#How do I leave lust?

Don’t let your mind spiral the more you hate the feeling, the more power it gets. Take a step back and be proud of any progress, even if you just stop for one day. That’s still growth. It’s nature and it’s not your fault that lustful people make the content you see. It’s 2025 that stuff is everywhere. What matters is that you’re trying to rise above it, and that effort means everything.
relatable on every level. i still haven't beaten it, but we can rest easy in knowing that we try every day, and we regret what we do. like i got other problems fueling this addiction, but you sound like you could beat this quick. honestly, my advice is to just figure out a way to put away your phone for a week or two and just disconnect. that helped me for a bit, but it could probably help you permanently. i believe in you bro.
Thank you guys for the advice
And I hope you can beat it too
very simple, stay off social media.
i mean if its lust in general, thats just a human thing. like you'll face that out in public, just shown to you, even in un-preventable (if thats a word) situations. so its a huge step forward, more like a leap, but its not just gonna stop every problem.
It's been 13 days since I last did it, I'm almost breaking my record
Damn it, 2 weeks and I fell for it again
Hey kid @west void There is no advice that can help you leave an addiction
All I can tell you is that those videos DO NOT potray a healthy relationship at all! it messes up minds of so many teenagers and on top of it there are many bad sides of the whole industry - its just awful and those videos objectify women 🙁 , and now that you have a partner it's your basic responsibility to not watch those videos :((
- A real and healthy relationship involves respect for each other and understanding consent (which at times is NOT AT ALL prevelant in those videos)! so please be kind to yourself and stay away from those videos. I am glad you are trying to quit and I hope you can be a caring and respectful partner!
@hardy slate bro I hope you also quit your addiction! Like I mentioned above , those videos are poles apart from what a healthy relationship (having respect for your partner and understanding consent along with spending time with them) looks like so please please quit it!
You just have to understand it's wrong and quit it on your own
along with being kind to yourself ofc
Also this is irrevelant to this topic : But during teenage years atleast please do date people of same age as you only - goes for both genders!
Oh yeah, so about that, she broke up with me(not because of my addiction), and I am trying as hard as I can to not get into those videos again, and even though I fell for it yesterday I'll keep trying
Alr be strong bro
Its none of my business to know why the breakup happened! Relationships are complex at times
I just hope that in the future whatever relationship you have , you have a healthy and respectful relationship along with kindness and love!
Thank you!
All the best kid! I hope you can change your bad habits!
you aren't allowed to speak about NSFW stuff especially when youre talking to a minor about it
