Do you feel others will judge you for feeling excited so you have to hold back on feeling super happy?

The thing is that it's kinda bothersome to suddenly not be able to let the air out. Idk it's kinda weird lol

So I've felt emotions so deeply my whole life
It might be a mix of a lot of things
Yeah, not only excitement
With sadness I also get issues like that but instead of holding my air it's just sobbing so much that I don't have anything lol
And what about feeling mad?
I haven't realized what I do. All I know is that I get really defensive
But not that physical
Have you seen a therapist about it?
Yups
It's just part of my life tbh
It's not linked to trauma or anything. So I was told it's just how my body deals with overwhelming emotions
I get mood swings and I gotta take anti depressants to help me get back to normal

Even in like 6th grade and that I remember having it
It's hard for me to like take a step back and actually take it easy when it happens
Hopefully with practice you can get better since there’s many others that live with lifelong conditions as well
And ngl 6th grade and middle school is always traumatizing 😒 kids are so mean

At least it was the last enjoyable year of school
After that it was just me getting ignored when I really needed someone
But right now I'm getting the air thing and ughhhh

This thing I have is that idk when to stop
Even when I'm out of breath, even when I'm in pain. Which is why it happens so often that people have to like stop me from continuing and tell me to take a breath

I dance to it too. It's insane. You can give me a horror song and I'll be making choreo

I mean it's not like real choreo it's just me trying to put together different moves lol
Putting it all together and coming up with the moves seems tricky imo
It’s not like it’s all random stuff that’s the hard part
I forgot most of the moves because I haven't taken ballet classes for like 2 years, only a tiny amount this year
So my mind grabbed certain moves I do a lot
Ballet looks scary when they dance on their toes like that it’s impressive 🔥
