I'm trying to follow a proper moderate caloric deficit
While hitting my protein, carbs and fiber
but I I keep crashing on it when I'm stressed
I use chatgpt. Sounds weird, I know, but it works really well for me. I told it to track my calories and never let me go over my cap. Then I just send it pics of whatever I eat and it estimates and subtracts from my daily allowance.
Eat high fibre food proteins and eggs are great with fats and protein
Fibre, fat and protein keeps u feel so always add those in ur diet if u wanna lose weight or stop eating too much
Stress can mess up stuff making u crave more
Yeah I feel like it's the problem I can't manage stress. Everything falls apart when there's exams or a tough situation
