a few techniques you can use during panic attacks to bring yourself down
Box Breathing (Navy SEAL method) like Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4
Repeat and It resets your nervous system
5-4-3-2-1 Grounding so its like name 5 things you see, 4 things you feel, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste
now this pulls you out of the spiral
shake out your body cuz anxiety is physical energy, it needs release
also keep a panic journal to write down what triggered it, what you felt and what helped cuz over time, you’ll see patterns

I can’t say I have panic disorder but I’ve had panic attacks a few times like 3 times and I fought through them and found a way to survive tbh
