Someone please answer it's about my eye

I have scotoma and i'm scared since i don't know what it is and why it's happening to my eye (don't mind tags!)

So I would use Google and go for the awnsers that say you aren’t going to explode

Cause usually the way more minor things are somewhat the awnser

Were you looking at any lights for too long

Or anything that could have affected it prior

Every time i look at a flashing like/ reflecting light for like 1 secs it happens

It started when i opened my eyes wide and looked at the camera and it flashed and it was like the black shape thing was strong then it started for so long

I think the light may be too bright

Are you in the dark while doing it

i was, it happened a long time ago prob 3-5 months i think
But when i'm outside walking every time i look at the cars the reflecting light comes in my eye and it happens again

Hmm maybe you just have a light sensitivity

I doubt if that’s likely but if it is very consistent I would go see a eye doctor
