Weird feeling on neck

I keep randomly feeling like there's something against the front of my neck, i know i have sensory issues and it feels the same as when my shirt rides too far up at the front but i feel that when im not wearing any shirt, it kinda feels like 2 lumps on either side of my throat when i focus on it

its incredibly uncomfortable and it overwhelms me a lot

i think maybe you should go to the doctor bc i dont have lumps there and mysterious lumps can be a bad thing

maybe, its less of a thing i can actively feel and more of a sensation of the lumps, i cant feel any if i try to with my hand
