I struggle with laziness

I struggle with laziness a LOT and I haven't been doing good in school because of it every time I have an assignment my brain is just like "I can do it later" so i brush it off and then later becomes never and I KNOW I need to get this under control because I dont want to end up with no job living with my parents because of laziness. I really need some advice on how to change this mindset... Please I need help.
