Hello there people! i am new to this server
For a past few months, i cant help but count the number of words in a sentence or a paragraph or even sometimes letters in a word. it really gets in my way. i cant focus properly or do anything normally. i get happy if the paragraphs have say 16,32 or 8 words. i dont know why.
what should i do. also i asked chatgpt about this and it said mild OCD
