#I hate myself

It's been back and fourth losing and gaining back weight I hate it
When I'm really angry or sad I start to starve myself which makes me lose a kilo or two quickly, but when I eat normally it comes back.
I know how exhausting it is to go back and forth with your weight, feeling proud one moment and disappointed the next but as I heard from someone, "your worth is not tied to a number on a scale". You are already worthy of care, kindness, and love right now, exactly as you are.
Starving yourself when you feel upset might feel like control but at the end of the day your hurting yourself and you shoudn't treat your body like it’s the enemy. Your body’s not the problem, it’s just carrying your pain, and it needs love, not punishment.
You’ve already made progress, 5kg down from September is no small thing. But what matters most is how you feel inside. If your heart is hurting, no weight loss will ever truly make it better. So the most powerful thing you can do is learn to heal with love, not hate. That means eating when you're hungry, moving your body in ways that feel good, and speaking to yourself like you would a friend.
Always remember that your not alone, your not ugly , your trying and thats what matters. Please don’t give up on yourself.
I hope this will help, dont be afraid to yap it all out
You feel like you're overweight and you dont like it because of others might talk bad about you and judge you? Or you're not happy with your body?
Ignore the people who judge you, they have no business about your weight or looks, everyones different. If you're insecure about your looks, dont be. There are lots of people who are beautiful eventhough they weight more than others, and thats ok!
You shouldnt be insecure about your weight or body looks because everyones different!
I might be underweight and look like a stick, but as long as im happy about myself i can just live it through, and so can you! If you want.
People in the internet might say bad things about you and others that weight more and look more, yk, but they just say it cause there is a screen in front of them. It'll be much more harder for them to say those things in person, since theres probably others listening and will probably judge them instead of you (if they are decent human beings)
Just be happy, everyones different and no ones exactly like some other or should have to be.

I recently went to the doctor's and I was told I was slightly overweight. Yeah, people talk bad about m, but it doesn't matter what they say, I'm just not happy with my body. Thanks, I needed that.
Listen, as someone who is 230 lbs+ I understand the feeling of being told I’m fat and overweight especially since I’m 14, but I don’t really care what they think. We live in a time and age where social media makes people look unnatural with filters and when you look even a little fat you are shamed, but just live in the real world and don’t be bogged down about weight. Being overweight only is a real problem when it becomes morbid, but for you it’s no where close so just be happy with your body.
