Been working out for a year and imo the transformation is crazy impressive BUT I am guilty of skipping legs a lot and only doing it once a week and I do everything else twice a week. Currently my body looks like an upside down bowling pin 🎳 And its becoming summer and I wanna wear shorts w/o feeling a lil bad abt them. PLS LMK HOW TO GAIN LEG MUSCLES QUICK ESPECIALLY CALFS 🙏 🙏 🙏

Calf’s is genetic not much you can do
Legs
Squats
Hack squats leg extensions and hamstring curls
Really not that complicated
Most of those primarily work Quads though. And although they are genetic they can grow or get defined with lots of work. For now weighted calf raises are like the best thing ive been doing to target them but thats really all i know how to do
My quads have been getting better but the calfs just arent it
But I will try those to work the Quads
