#How can you put on weight ?

„Ughhh just eat more?“ I do, and I have no idea where the calories are going. Ive been on a school trip for 2 weeks before the holidays and ate mcdonalds every single day, not to mention the extra meals and snack here and there. I weighed myself before and after exactly 66kg before and 67.5 kg after. One day later I emptied my bladder and my bowels and I was back to square one. Im also 185 cm tall so I look like a toothpick.

Like damn, my pancreas was crying for help all for nothing ? Now that Im at home with the nearest junk food chain being an one hour drive away, I find myself too lazy to go for it. Eating junk food all the time is soo expensive too and eating clean so that it fills your caloric needs is a whole other level of hard.

I do sport regularly, but my metabolism is hella slow, seeing how long it takes me to recover and get hungry. I cant remember the last time felt hunger. I can go an entire day without the need for food but also eat a 15cm radius pizza like nothing and then have another one for desert.

Ive been going for like 6 months already, but none of my lifts are that impressive.After the first set I feel like im going to fall asleep on the machine. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I dont feel hungry after that, but just sleepy, even if I sleep at least 8 hours a night. All people around my age are at least 5kg heavier. The lightest male ( after me) in my class weighs 73 kg and he could throw me around like im nothing. Everytime someone accidently bumps into me I fly away like a crashtest dummy.

I tried some of the things suggested and thought it would get better. But as it turns out it isnt really healthy to eat significantly more than you can if youre not hungry. I had my pancreas act up, since it couldnt produce enough enzymes in time and almost started levitating like in the Exorcist bc of how painfull that was, yesterday. I now realized how stupid it was to obsess about such a trivial thing like weight. Ffs if Ilia Topuria can smack any mf senseless at the same weight then the least I can do is train and eat only as much as my body allows. Still though, thx for the edvice everyone 😊 . Im at ~70 kg now and even though I know that most of those 5 kg consist of water and whatever is in my bowel, there still might be some hidden progress under the hood. ( I still dont look any different, but thats normal apparently 😕 )
