You have to figure out wether your friendships means enough for you to move on from your romantic attraction. In my experience its better to be honest with her. Tell her you have a crush on her, but that your friendship is more important than whether you are gonna date or not, and that you will focus on your friendship going forward if dating is out of the question. Honesty will relieve you of your burden and help your process your feelings better. I removes the uncertainty and can help you move on.

It's best to confess, but do it the right way and the right time. Explain to her you like her, but your friendship is more important than a relationship. If she has the same feelings for you, thats great! If she doesn't, just accept the truth. The truth hurts, but as long as you get the answer, you can slowly move on from her.
