Well, I would probably start by checking your glucose. And exercise go for long walks that are uninterrupted. Decent pace and don't stop. Know your BMI and use that to get where you need to be. When your blood sugar drops you get hungry so for starters I would be worried if perhaps your blood sugar could be high often so you might want to rule out hyperglycemia.
Eat thrice a day even though you are not hungry.
Hope you’re feeling better though. Even though you don’t feel like eating, you have to eat either way, it’s a must. Even if you don’t feel like it, eat anyways bc you physically need the energy
I've basically have had this eating disorder since I was 3. I don't eat. If I do it's just junk food because I can't even handle a but of meat or anything even if it's fake. Or I just don't like the taste and texture at all. But... For the past few days I think I may be going to the E.R, I'm like battling against chronic stomach pain and my mental state.
as someone who has an eating disorder herself, i go to an ED therapist and she has helped me a lot. I tried this thing where i eat 3 meals a day and i know that sounds a lot but it’s all about the balancing. 1 meal a day is too little, even a baby eats more than that. Try to eat a light breakfast like greek yoghurt or anything you like, a piece of fruit? You can eat a salad during lunch (is what i usually have or wraps, but i always eat something with veggies) and during the evening you eat a warm meal :) make sure to balance your meals with carbs, proteins and fats <3
I know it’s really not easy love, but not eating isn’t the solution.
