#How do I stay motivated?

Best way I have found is to bring along a friend or family member
Unfortunately I do not have a friend I can do that with or family. Also it doesn't matter if I do it at the gym at home I just want to be consistent, motivated, and healthier.
Well then your in luck because the second best way I have found doesn't require anyone but yourself. Try writing your workouts down in a journal with a checkbox and the designated time slot your going to work out. If your feeling fancy you can even write down all the specific workout movements and reps your planning to do. But a simple "workout at 8am" with a checkbox should be good enough.
Try to work in some positive reinforcement at first. For example, when you finish working out and you go to sign that checkmark in your journal, have a delicious snack afterwards. Don't worry about the calories because your building a long lasting healthy hobby, and that's more important. Eventually you'll build enough positive reinforcement that you'll feel both compelled and immensely gratified whenever you go to sign that checkbox in your journal, even when you stop eating those delicious snacks afterwards.
Thanks for this, ill use it
get motivated by saying you don't need motivation :)
its a bit weird but its like that type of mindset where you do things regardless of how you feel, just because its an obligatory, you must do it.
1.discipline yourself motivation is only here to start you off but you have to force yourself to workout, sometimes I don’t wanna go on a run while it’s like 20 degrees outside but i know I have to because it will give me the results I want

Pick your hard, it’s hard being fat bc u get diabetes, fat shammed etc but it’s also hard. To force yourself to workout and lift weights and stuff there is no easy way out so pick your hard

Have a online public fitness journal very simple everyday u write down what u ate, how many steps you took, when u went to bed and when you woke up nothing more nothing less but if you wanna go the extra mile write down the kcals u consumed and how many u burned
And 4. Have mini achievable fitness goals for each month so for one month it could be no soda or fries or eating out just pick something to give u the confidence that u know ur gonna be able to achieve ur big goal and look at SMART goals to help
