#college is ruining me mentally

hihi! Sorry no one responded yet. But personally, I think you should make time, I know you dont but a quick hour hanging out with your friends would help relief a lot. I would say as soon as you graduate, go to rehab, and be happy.
How many credits are you taking? It might help if you cut back to 12-14 if you haven't already. And something I've found that helps is if you make a plan on what assignments to do first. Another thing that helped me is not going home until said assignments are done. Like I would sit in the library for hours and then when I got home I was just able to relax. And to feel less like hating yourself (speaking from experience), I made time for the gym and it did wonders for my happy hormones. Whatever they're called. But good luck to ya, I know finals are prolly around the corner for you too. Stay strong, breaks soon 💪🏽

I think I probably should plan them out cause I dont even have a lot but I still fail and hand them in late, im such a procrastinating loser
As for the library I guess that could work but even then im likely just to sit on my phone bored out of my mind
