I feel like I keep doubting myself, trying to workout and even if it's for a little bit, I keep procrastinating or saying I can't even do it, "oh nothing will even change if I do it anyways I feel like I'll forever stay the same.

I mean I like the way it makes me feel good and look good, I've done it a couple times but give up after I "look fit" and my progress just losses itself after a long time and I struggle to do it again. I want to find the motivation to it for myself and not just for the aesthetic yk?
