I mean I like the way it makes me feel good and look good, I've done it a couple times but give up after I "look fit" and my progress just losses itself after a long time and I struggle to do it again. I want to find the motivation to it for myself and not just for the aesthetic yk?
I want to find a reason to keep going.
well did u have a reason to workout in the first place
is the desire to “look fit” not strong enough?
maybe just hold onto that
maybe come up with a goal
like “i wanna weight this much by the end of this year”
thats just an example
