It's been a year (almost two) since I have had any physical contact and or reciprocated emotions between me and another person and I think it's really messing with me. I can't be to sure tho cus I'm not mentally stable to begin with but It definitely doesn't help to be alone and like not touched. Does anyone know good ways to cope with like being alone and touch starved?

I haven't touched anyone for two decades. I suppose you get used to it. Also depends on your personality.

Your tone should be friendly whenever you talk to someone! Talk to everyone like they are your friends! Trust me this works!
In 11 years of my school,I was always very serious. I talked to everyone in a serious way and never got in physical touch or groups anything but now I experimented with this and it works!
True, I guess it's just a little rough to adjust. I suddenly like lost a lot of friends and I'm more of a social bird and a love bug and i love opening up but yknow not having anyone to talk to or love is just kinda icky, but Ig that's a good way to look at it
