Well, I'll shorten this up.
I'm very freaking concerned for my boyfriend alright? He apparently was bullied a lot for his 'face'. And honestly I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY? HES SO DAMN GORGEOUS BUT HES SO INSECURE?? Yesterday we were discussing the types of clothes and how we like to dress and stuff, he said he doesn't think he deserves to wear anything nice because he looks so ugly. We are LDR, but we face call alot and everytime i compliment him or take a screenshot of him and send in the chat, he always comments with a ew im ugly.
If we ever argue (we don't usually, we just talk stuff out) but if ever these some tension abt smthing at all? He'd end up saying im too ugly, you shouldn't be w me and what not?
I've been so understanding making him feel amazing and what not and accepts it at time, but his overthinking and all that bullying just makes him come back to the conclusion that hes ugly AND LET ME TELL YOU HES NOT 😭.

I have this issue as well, i feel like an absolute dirtbag infront of my girlfriend

but she makes me feel like i actually look good and overtime it's helped me build confidence and not worry about what others have to say

i've always been told im a 4/10 but for like 2 years now she's been remdining me that i actually look good, and i think that persistance is what has helped me get over my looks

Its been over an year now man NEARLY 1.5 years and we've known each other since like 4 (nearly 5) years. I've reminded him abt all this since well lets say 3 years? How does he still think like that everyday? It doesn't make sense to me.

I mean everytime we talk or anything, somehow he always comes to the conclusion that hes ugly? WHEN HES LITERALLY NOT. OMG LIKE HES NOT AT ALL UGLY HES A FREAKING HANDSOME LOOKING DUDE. But he doesn't accept it. And then we end up talking abt it for a while and it slides off as usual.

i'm going through this right now aswell but you have to compliment him and make him feel like he isnt ugly and help him get his confidence back, it will take a while if it has to. its completely normal for him to overthink soo much maybe they wont get over it (rarely) sometimes they need time to themself or communicate to you about it, it hurts when someone insults on looks, just make sure you dont say anything rude about his looks that would probably change his perspective a lot.
