#How can I make it easier to eat lots of food?

I mainly eat eggs, meats and salads. Would that be healthy enough?

From what I’ve read, you should try eating some fatty foods as well.

Other than eggs, try to throw some avocados in as well. You should also try not ti overeat, as that could cause nausea
