Ever since I was a child I've experienced some very strange things. I would have sleep paralysis very often and see shadowy figures watching me. Some of them have even touched me. One time I was asleep in bed with my leg hanging off and something grabbed it and tried to pull me out of bed, I was home alone.. Even to this day, at 21 years old I still see things out of the corner of my eye. I can still sense the presence of things that are not there. I can sometimes hear a voice calling my name or whispering to me that isn't there. This is just my brain playing tricks on me right? This is a normal experience and everyone sees some stuff from time to time right?

I've also experienced something like this since 8-9 and still am experiencing it, it never touched me, just watched me. I was really scared back then but I got used to it and sometimes even tried talking to "it" out of boredom and loneliness. Planning to go to therapy soon. Therapy's definitely the best place to know about this but if you can't afford it, I suggest researching with chatgpt, Quora, reddit, Twitter or online therapy.

I don't think I am schitzo tho. Because I've known schitzos and they actually hear like different voices that aren't their own and hallucinate fully detailed people
