#eating but can’t gain weight

Walk slower places, add extra calories to your meals with cheese, nuts, and seeds, Dont be in a rush to go anywhere, eat all your meals, etc. That's at least how I gained weight.
Are you trying to gain weight in general or gaining muslce what i mean is are you underweight or just lean?
Learn your caloric mat and go above The more you go above mat over time will supposedly be faster but you still have to involve other factors You should see a dietitian or your doctor in cause you may need medical help gaining weight
Just eat a 5000 calories a day and u will have ur weight
I’m a boxer and I eat around 5000 calories a day. I suggest you do the same, eat more healthy fats like salmon, omega 3 fats and generally calorie dense food. That means that you don’t need to eat super much but still gain weight
