I’ve been getting this a few times a month. At least once a month. Basically, I start noticing that it’s getting a bit hard to scroll on my phone or tablet. And the fingers feel a bit weak. And then it starts to shake a little bit. And then it feels a little bit harder to breathe. My stomach gets a bit warmer and I struggle to type or grab something. When I grab something, it makes my entire arm feel weak and shaky. And when I’m alone, I feel paranoid like someone!s watching me. I breathe heavier and my fingers shake more when that happens. Also when I bend my knees, they also shake.
#Hands shaking and shortness of breath often. why?

It sounds like you're experiencing some concerning symptoms that could be related to anxiety or panic attacks. The sensations of weakness, shaking, difficulty breathing, and feelings of paranoia can all be associated with anxiety responses.
However, it's important to consider that these symptoms could also stem from other medical issues. I recommend speaking with a healthcare professional to get a thorough evaluation. They can help determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and suggest appropriate treatments or strategies to manage them.
Yea, it has managed to calm down
It’s usually for an hour or 2
Fingers are shaking less now and I still have to control my breathing but it’s not as bad as before
go to a doctor?
My hands are also a big shaky, could be due to low blood sugar or anxiety. It could of course also be a reaction to a traumatic event, but in my case it’s a mix of low blood sugar and anxiety.
I’d recommend going to a doctor and possibly a psychiatrist if you suspect it’s related to something mental.
I wish you the best of luck though!
Also sounds like an iron deficiency. Increase your iron intake, and decrease any kind of smoking you do. That includes vapes. I'm not saying quit all together, because I know how hard that is. Just limit yourself a bit.
I don't smoke, I'm too young for that
when i get agitated in any way i also start to shake violently and then it stops when i calm down
