I’m 16 and five foot six i weigh 191 and im struggling tbh i try to work out but i feel drained so easily and with medical stuff going on im not sure if its because of that I’ve been avoiding gym class for so long because i get such sharp pains but everyone thinks im using that as an excuse and i hear whispering about me in the halls or in class im going into my senior year this Tuesday

I have motivational issues aswell. But when I used to workout regularly (atleast 1-2 times a day) I was doing something I loved which is boxing.
Maybe try to play a sport and surround yourself with masculine motivational energy (if your a male) people like David goggins or watching other boxers beat people to a pulp helped me out.
All in all what im saying is do something you love and surround yourself with things that motivate you involved with that thing you love to do.
I'm in the same problem as you right now and 2024 is the year of change.

Go to the doctors and talk about a fast
Or exercise
I would do both and go into a calorie deficit If I were you thats what I'm doing rn
