Like planning when to watch it, sometimes sceduling it or at a place but then one small thought leading to planing to wacth when you get home. and then thoughts invading in the sense of for the most part having ||sexual thoughts|| almost all the time

honestly, you train yourself to do it less, or distract yourself with other activities, or say no not right now to yourself, it may not always work but the more you do it the less it can have control over you, though after a while it may get very temping
