I genuinely don't know what to do about this anymore

recorded audio of my stepdad putting his kids to bed. this is how he does it every night. he used to let my mom do it, but stopped her because the kids were "too attached" to her

it's been like this forever. it's me (17), my older brother (19), my little sister (3), and my little brother (2), and my mom (39) & stepdad (40 smth, i stopped counting). my stepdad and mom have always been cruel to my older brother and me, but are really terrible to my little siblings

my mom and ESPECIALLY my stepdad have been hitting my little siblings since they were each a year old

my siblings are now constantly hitting everyone around them and screaming just cause that's what their parents do

#

my sister is on the spectrum (i am too) so she's had a lot of trouble with them and they lock her in her room any time she has a meltdown

my mom has recently started flicking my baby brother in the face for fun

in my state it's apparently perfectly legal to hit your kids as much as you want as long as they're like alive and not injured and we're a suburban upper middle class -ish family CPS isn't gonna help us
