I’ve legit been extremely stressed and tired lately. It’s gotten to the point where I just pass out randomly while standing up. I try to sleep at least 7 hours a night, yet I still have Huge bags under my eyes and I can’t seem to think straight. Idk if I’m putting myself under too much stress or if this is just something normal, but it’s really been getting to me. It sucks, and I don’t like it at all.

Hi, I can relate with insomnia and headaches I have like everyday. Stress can be a leading factor of this so I suggest having more things to do in your day that help you relax.
Drink water
Passing out after standing up too quick is the most concerning one because that can be dangerous if you hit your head while falling unconscious. If it isn’t from a lack of sleep, how about eating enough in a day?
I kinda have an eating disorder tbh
But I try to eat as much as I can
I usually just throw up if I eat too much
What type?
I’d see it as something I need, if you’re less prone to throwing up by eating more smaller meals than larger meals then I suggest that
I fell down 2 flights of stairs today after passing out and almost smashed my skull open

Because it’s hard for you to sense hunger?
Faint less = eat more
But honestly that’s not the thing that’s bothering me the most
I got huge bags under my eyes, even though I try to sleep as much as possible
And I’m constantly tired
I would try to get sleeping meds prescribed even though I personally refused that
I don’t sleep for 2-3 days some weeks. You could try going on melatonin

They messed me up even more
In the struggle together 
I suggest increasing physical activity during the day, that can help
It can be as simple as going on walks for example or playing a sport
